RPOLabs is a web-based flag football play designer built for coaches, parents, and competitive leagues. You can drag and drop players, draw routes, get AI-powered play suggestions, and print wristband cards — all from your browser with no downloads required.
No. RPOLabs runs entirely in your web browser. There's nothing to install or update. It works on desktop, laptop, and tablet — and in landscape mode on mobile devices.
RPOLabs is designed with flag football coaches in mind — the field layout, player counts (5–11), and AI play suggestions are all optimized for flag football. That said, many of the drawing and diagramming tools work well for any football format.
RPOLabs works best on desktop and laptop computers. It also works on iPads and tablets. On phones, we recommend using landscape (horizontal) mode for the best experience. A stylus or Apple Pencil makes drawing routes easier on touch devices.
You can add players two ways: drag individual player tokens (QB, WR, RB, etc.) from the left panel onto the field, or use the Quick Formation selector to instantly place 5–11 players in a formation. Each player gets a unique color so coaches can easily identify them by color during games.
Select a line type from the Draw Tools panel — Angled, Freehand, or Straight — then click and drag on the field to draw. You can choose solid or dashed lines, and add arrowheads or blocking symbols at the end. The freehand tool has built-in smoothing so your curves look clean and professional.
Yes. Click the ↖ Select button, then click on the player — once the player is highlighted, pick any color from the Color panel on the left. The same color panel also changes line colors when no player is selected and you select a line route. You have 28 preset colors plus a custom color picker for any color you need.
Click the 💾 Save button in the top toolbar, give your play a name, and it's saved securely to the cloud and linked to your account. You can access your saved plays from any device by logging in. Load any saved play from the Saved Plays dropdown on the left panel.
Yes — click the ↩ Undo button in the toolbar or press Ctrl+Z (Cmd+Z on Mac) to undo your last action. You can also use the ⌫ Erase tool to click and remove individual routes without affecting the rest of your play.
Save the plays you want to include, then click 🖨 Print / Export → Wristband Card tab. Assign up to 8 saved plays to slots using the dropdowns, then click Download. An HTML file opens that you print at 100% scale — it produces a 4.5" × 2.2" card with 3 copies per sheet. Cut and insert into any standard football wristband.
Each card is 4.5 inches wide by 2.2 inches tall — the standard size for most football wristband inserts available at sporting goods stores. When printing, always set your printer scale to 100% or "Actual Size" to ensure correct dimensions.
Up to 8 plays per card, arranged in a 4×2 grid. Each play shows the players and routes clearly numbered 1–8. Three identical cards print per sheet, so one page of printing gives you 3 complete wristband inserts.
Select your formation, play type (Pass, Run, or RPO), number of players, and game situation. Click ⚡ Suggest Play and our AI designs a complete flag football play tailored to your inputs. Click Place Play on Field to instantly drop the players and routes onto the field, where you can adjust anything you want.
The AI Play Suggester is available on all paid plans (Monthly, 6-Month, and Annual). Free trial accounts have access to all drawing tools and can save up to 5 plays.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your card information.
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and you retain access through the end of your billing period. 6-Month and Annual plans are prepaid — please see our Refund Policy for details on early cancellations.
No. Your saved plays are securely stored in the cloud and linked to your account — they are never deleted when you cancel. If your subscription expires, your plays are safely preserved. The moment you renew, your entire playbook will be right there waiting for you, exactly as you left it.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RPOLabs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the RPOLabs website and play design application (collectively, the "Service"). These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
RPOLabs provides a web-based flag football play design tool that allows users to create, save, and print football play diagrams and wristband cards, and to receive AI-generated play suggestions.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account.
Notify us immediately at support@rpolabs.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan. Subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@rpolabs.com. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. Please see our Refund Policy for information on refunds.

The RPOLabs application, website, logo, and all related content are owned by RPOLabs and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.
You retain ownership of the play diagrams you create using RPOLabs. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
Play suggestions generated by our AI are provided for informational and coaching purposes only. AI-generated plays are based on patterns and may not be optimal for every situation. We make no guarantee regarding the effectiveness of AI-suggested plays in actual gameplay.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY CALIFORNIA LAW, RPOLABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

RPOLabs offers a fair refund policy regarding any of our subscription plans. We want every coach to feel confident purchasing and we will work with you to resolve any issue fairly.
RPOLabs will only issue a refund on a subscription plan for the following valid reasons:
If your card is reported stolen or missing and was used to purchase an RPOLabs subscription without your authorization, we will follow all applicable legal statutes and issue a full refund to your card.
If the subscription plan you were charged for is not the one you intended to purchase, please contact us at support@rpolabs.com and we will work to correct the matter with you. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation.
If any other reason for a refund not listed above arises, we will handle those claims on a case-by-case basis and try to resolve the matter fairly for both parties involved. Please reach out to us at support@rpolabs.com and describe your situation — we are committed to working with you.

We will respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
